Tell us about the property. We'll come back to you with a price — usually same day.
What we do
From a fortnightly mow on a suburban block to full grounds maintenance for a strata complex — one contractor, one invoice, one standard.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Cut to the right height for the season, edges trimmed, paths blown clean, clippings taken care of.
Shaped, levelled and cleaned up properly. Overgrown boundaries brought back into line without butchering the plant.
Weeding, pruning, mulching and bed edging. Beds that stay tidy between visits instead of needing a rescue every spring.
Targeted feeding and herbicide application, applied to label and logged. Thicker turf, fewer weeds, less scalping in summer.
Leaf clearing, storm tidy-ups, pre-sale presentation and end-of-lease blitzes. Rubbish removed, not piled in the corner.
Scheduled grounds care for strata, real estate, aged care and business sites — with the insurance, SWMS and reporting to match.
Why people stay with us
Most people don't leave their mowing contractor over price. They leave because the bloke stopped answering the phone, skipped a fortnight, or left the job half done.
Brand Property Maintenance runs on a documented system — the same quality, environmental and safety framework used by much larger contractors. That sounds like overkill for a lawn round. It's the reason your property gets done the same way every single visit.
How it works
Call, text, or fill in the quote form. Suburb, rough block size, and what you want done is enough to get started.
We'll come back — usually same day — with a fixed price per visit and a recommended frequency. No pressure, no lock-in contract for residential work.
You get a locked-in schedule. We turn up, do the job properly, and you get on with your weekend.
Where we work
Based in Kurri Kurri and on the road daily. If you're between Newcastle and the Central Coast, or anywhere in the Hunter Valley, you're in our patch.
What clients say
Booked a one-off tidy up before we listed the house and ended up keeping him on fortnightly. Turns up when he says, and the edges are always spot on.
We manage a few complexes and having someone who sends through insurance and SWMS without being chased makes our life a lot easier.
The yard was completely out of hand after we moved in. Came out, quoted on the spot, and had it looking like a different property.

Common questions
It depends on block size, access and how overgrown things are. A standard suburban lawn on a regular schedule is usually the cheapest per visit; a first-time clean-up on a badly overgrown block costs more. Send through your suburb and rough block size and we'll give you a fixed price.
No. Residential work runs on an ongoing schedule you can pause or cancel any time — just give us reasonable notice. Commercial and strata work is usually set up under a written service agreement, because that's what those clients need for their own compliance.
Not at all, as long as we can get access and any gates or pets are sorted. Most of our regulars are at work when we come through.
We'll shift you to the next available day and let you know. We won't mow a saturated lawn — it tears the turf and leaves ruts.
Yes, where required. Some clients prefer clippings mulched back into the lawn, which is better for the turf and reduces waste. We'll agree what suits your property when we quote.
Yes — public liability cover is in place, and we can provide a certificate of currency on request. We also work to documented safe work method statements, which most agents and strata managers ask for.
